Catherine is an Advocate of all Courts of judicature, and a Senior Associate at the firm with over ten (10) years of experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. A leader and highly efficient administrator with the ability to ensure regulatory compliance and corporate governance of organizations and counsel Directors and senior management as Secretary to Boards to several clients for which the firm acts in that capacity. She also handles Litigation, especially in the area of Family and Estates. Considerable experience in transaction advisory for interpretation, review, drafting, and other related contract matters.
