He holds a Bachelors Degree of Laws (Hons) from Nkumba University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC) Kampala. He has worked with Kenneth Akampurira Advocates Solicitors and Commisioners for Oaths and Agaba Muhairwe & Co.Advocates and has got vast knowledge and skills in general litigation, banking and finance, debt recovery, procurement advisory, conveyancing, transactional advisory, company matters, tax advisory, research, drafting and handling pre trial preparations. Asaph has created a niche in Litigation and Procurent Advisory having represented many clients in several ground breaking cases in the Courts of Judicature, at PPDA as well as the Procurement Appeals Tribunal. Asaph was a Consultant on the team for Review of the African Union Procurement Manual and Review of the Procument Laws and Regulations of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar. He handles various transaction and litigation matters in the areas of banking and finance, procurement advisory, debt recovery, company law, commercial contracts, Conveyancing, and compliance in contentious and non-contentious commercial disputes Asaph is a Lecturer at Nkumba University Business School where he lectures Mercantile Law and Taxation amongst others
