Cornelius, an Advocate of the Courts of Judicature in Uganda with over 20 years of experience is the founding and Managing Partner of the firm. He holds a Master`s Degree in Law majoring in Environmental Law and Tax Laws from Makerere University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance from Makerere University Business School. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre and has attended several trainings in Mediation, Arbitration and Business Management amongst others. His background in law and business is a rare combination for legal practitioners and ensures that clients get the best advice.ty amongst others. Cornelius is Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public, an accredited Mediator and Arbitrator. He is also a Senior Lecturer at the Nkumba University School of Law where he heads the Commercial Law Department. He has authored several articles on Law and Management, text books on the Law of Evidence in Uganda that is a major source book used at Universities and Practitioners. He has served as Board Member for the National Social Security Fund, Housing Finance Bank and Private Sector Foundation where he gained a wealth of experience in the pension sector and business management. His specialties include Conveyancing, Real Estate, Corporate Law, Banking and Finance, Investment Advisory, Litigation in the Courts of Judicature and Intellectual property amongst others. He has authored many articles on law and management. He has also authored book on strategic planning and law firm performance in Uganda, and book on the Law of Evidence in Uganda. He is a nominee for the award of best lawyer who has excelled in furthering Legal Education in Uganda 2022.
