Charles is a filing Clerk and Court process server in the High Court and all Courts subordinate thereto. He is responsible for service of all Court process and makes requisite deliveries as required by the firm, attends to filing at the companies registry and liaises with clients to attend the meetings with the district representatives in the administration of estates, including delivery of letters. Charles majorly handles assignments to do with company registration, registration of documents, intellectual property and other related matters at the Uganda Registration Services Bureau.
